Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

 

Author Guidelines

Authors should submit only papers that have been carefully proofread and polished. Manuscripts are accepted with the understanding that they are original or extended version of previously published papers in conferences and/or journals and that, if the work received an official sponsorship, it has been duly released for open publication. Before submission please make sure that your paper is prepared using the Jurnal Aspikom manuscript template. The authors must refer to Jurnal Aspikom manuscript template (please download and use as template for initial manuscript submission). This will ensure fast processing and publication. Any papers not fulfilling the requirements based on the guideline to authors will not be processed.

The minimum standard requirements of Jurnal Aspikom must be

  1. Written in Indonesia or English.
  2. The length of an article should be 5000-7000 words including bibliography. It should be sent in an editable version as a Microsoft Word (.Doc or .Docx) or Rich Text Format (.Rtf) and use standard typography.
  3. Recommended to use a tool such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote for reference management and formatting, and choose APA style 6th edition.
  4. Make sure that your paper is prepared using the Jurnal Aspikom manuscript template.

The manuscript must be prepared and suggested present following the structure:

  1. Title. The title of the paper is no longer than 10 words, without Acronym or abbreviation.
  2. The abstract should be a concise paragraph with no more than 150 words; no citation; State in the abstract a primary objective, research design, methodology, main outcomes and results, and conclusions.
  3. Section structure. Authors are suggested to present their articles in the section structure: Introduction - Method - Results and Discussion – Conclusion
  4. References. Expect a minimum of 25 references primarily with 70% from journals and 10%, 25% from textbooks/e-books, and 5% from secondary data.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Authors who publish with Jurnal Aspikom agree to the following terms:

  1. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgment of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
  2. Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.
  3.
